This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic individual to join a successful automotive technology company and be an integral part of our exponential growth. The role will suit those who would like to be exposed to a fast paced environment with plenty of opportunities for personal growth.Your ResponsibilitiesDaily:Credit Control – chase aged receivables from buyersBank reconciliation – mark all receivables as paid in Xero and reconcile previous days payables.Issue invoices throughout the day – ideally no longer than 2 hours post saleCustomer service – maintain accounts inbox ensuring all emails are responded too same dayPayments – generate payment run, ensuring all auctions sales are deposited and paid to and from the client account.
