(5 Day's on Site)Reporting directly to theChief Financial Officer (CFO)and working closely with the leadership team this is a senior, hands-on role overseeing operations across all departments and ensuring the business runs efficiently, compliantly, and cohesively.The RoleThe Operational / Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the business, acting as a central point of coordination between departments and senior leadership. This role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with practical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the business across all departmentsAct as a key support to the Leadership assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of business prioritiesReport to and work closely with the CFO on operational, financial, and reporting mattersManage office operations, policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and consistencyCoordinate workflows and communication between departmentsSupport HR and people management processes, including onboarding, policies, and complianceOversee suppliers, contracts, facilities, and general administrationAssist with budgeting, cost control, and operational reportingIdentify and implement process improvements to support growth and scalabilityEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, health & safety, and internal governance standardsIdeal Candidate6+ experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar senior administrative roleExperience working closely with senior leadership in a small to medium-sized businessStrong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsCommercially minded with excellent attention to detailConfident managing multiple priorities across departmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a family business environmentExcellent IT and systems skillsBusiness Degree5 Days on Site
