Restaurant and Bar Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant and bar management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. They will also have a strong knowledge of hotel operations, including conferencing, weddings, bars, and restaurants.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage outlet
* Ensuring exceptional customer service
* Leading a team of staff
* Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
* Anticipating guest needs and proactively managing their expectations
Requirements:
