Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships within the Irish telecommunications market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative technology solutions across enterprise, cloud, and mobile network domains.

Responsibilities

* Manage strategic, high-value accounts in the Irish telecom sector, building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and implementing tailored account development plans.
* Lead both new business development and the management of existing business, overseeing key sales projects from opportunity identification through to deal closure.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business strategies, challenges, and operational needs, influencing requirements and identifying opportunities for long-term strategic collaboration.
* Explore new market opportunities, guide mutually beneficial projects, and provide solutions to complex customer challenges.
* Take ownership of contract negotiations, commercial model design, and project execution, including dispute resolution and risk management in complex business scenarios.

Business Focus: B2B Enterprise Solutions, Cloud Services, and Mobile Network Infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Proven track record in B2B sales or account management within the telecom, ICT, or cloud services sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience in leading complex negotiations.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
