Leadership Role: Deputy General Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Senior Operations Manager or Deputy Hotel Manager role.
* Proven knowledge of hotel departments, with a focus on food/beverage and sales/events management.
* Excellent organizational skills, team leadership, self-management, and prioritization abilities.
* Strong people management skills, financial acumen, effective communication, and leadership capabilities.
* Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume food manufacturing setting.
