Professional Qualification, Experience etc. (a) Have obtained such a standard of education as to enable him/her to discharge the duties of the post satisfactorily.

Post Specific Requirements Candidate must demonstrate experience at a management level in the Health Services, as relevant to this role:
Ability to supervise, manage and motivate a team of home support service providers. Ability to plan and manage change. Experience in managing challenging deadlines and effectively handling multiple tasks. Excellent organisational skills in the area of general administration, resource allocation etc. Financial awareness and ability to operate service within budget. Good knowledge on managing and implementing service plans and budgets.
