Key responsibilities include developing and executing a data-driven go-to-market strategy, coaching and mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to navigate complex deals and build strong relationships with clients.
Experience in selling fintech solutions across multiple verticals is essential, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and RevTech tools.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing and coaching sales teams
* Demonstrable success in negotiating and closing corporate deals
* Strong commercial awareness and opportunity development skills
* 5-8 years in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Experience in selling fintech solutions across multiple verticals
