Execute small - Iterate with teams from initial MVPs to AI-powered, data-driven reliable products in the market.Experience And SkillsMust haves:6+ years in a data science or adjacent role, working with large scale data to solve real world problemsExcellent SQL skills and knowledge of statisticsWorking knowledge of the application of Data Science principles in Education & psychometrics a plusPython experienceExperience with A/B testingExperience with data modeling and ETL pipelinesExperience working with product teamsIt would be great if you had:Experience leading and mentoring a team of data scientists, including setting project direction and coordinating collaborative workflowsExperience designing, implementing, evaluating, or optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enhance large language model performance and accuracyDemonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering, including crafting and refining prompts to improve generative AI outputs and model interactionsHands-on experience evaluating the efficacy and performance of large language models (LLMs) using quantitative and qualitative metricsExperience with BI/Visualization toolsAt Learnosity we are looking for people who actively embrace change and are motivated to learn.
