Job Title: Executive Assistant - Litigation Support

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our team of partners in the litigation department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role within a professional services environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including but not limited to:
* Providing logistical support for client meetings and events
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to arrange travel arrangements
* Maintaining accurate records of all travel and expenses
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a flexible attitude. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
