Overview
The Dunraven Arms Hotel is recruiting experienced Chefs de Partie to work with our team of chefs. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience working alongside and supporting the Sous and Head Chef. You will create and cook dishes to the highest standards for the fine dining Maigue Restaurant, The Hunters Bar and a busy banqueting department.
Responsibilities
* Work with and support the Sous and Head Chef in daily operations.
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards for Maigue Restaurant, The Hunters Bar and the banqueting department.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience.
* Excellent knowledge of hygiene and HACCP.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proven team worker, ambitious and hard-working.
