We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Hospitality and Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of key services at a large, dynamic residential space.
This role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents and guests, managing partner relationships and coordinating hospitality services, particularly during the busy summer period.
What youll do: Manage and coordinate a range of essential services, including cleaning, catering support, landscaping, waste management and security, delivered by external partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for the planning and delivery of hospitality services during peak seasons.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive experience for all.
Oversee and manage small to medium-sized refurbishment and improvement projects.
Manage budgets, resources, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
What youll need: A third-level qualification, ideally in Facilities Management or Hospitality Management or similar.
Significant experience (5 years+) in a residential, hospitality or facilities management role within a large, complex organisation.
Proven experience in managing and developing diverse teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Exciting Project Management opportunities during quieter months Remuneration: This is a permanent position offering an annual salary between €58,000-€68,000 DOE (in line with current Government pay policy) Single public service pension 27 days annual leave Income protection Parking available / Luas line Notes: This role will include some weekend work during the summer months, this will be rotated.
This role will be 35 hours per week with minimal requirement for out of hours work as support systems and full team in place.
