We are seeking an
International Payroll Specialist
to join a global leader in the technology sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where you'll play a key role in payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Support employees by addressing payroll queries with accuracy and discretion.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations.
* Contribute to process improvements and deliver accurate payroll reporting.
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years' experience in multi-national payroll within a global corporate environment.
* Strong expertise in payroll compliance and understanding of its impact on financial/statutory reporting.
* Proven ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations with attention to detail and confidentiality.
* Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
* BA degree preferred.
