Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Biotech Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the manufacturing team to carry out tasks in line with the production schedule as directed by Team Leads and Supervisors.
You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, participating in equipment start-up and validation activities, assisting with troubleshooting equipment failure, performing equipment cleaning and preparation as well as complete associated documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain housekeeping standards of designated areas and adhere to clean facility guidelines;
* Analyze data from various sources including lab results, equipment performance indicators and productivity reports;
