Site Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager with civils expertise to lead the development of an exciting project in Cork City. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising sites, employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
* Coordinating programme management, procurement, and quality control.
* Ensuring accurate documentation is maintained on site.
* Overseeing health and safety measures to ensure safe delivery of projects.
* Managing effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
* Delivering high-quality results through strong project management skills.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager on civils projects.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure projects meet required standards.
* Able to manage multiple aspects of project delivery, including programme management and quality control.
* Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
* Self-motivated and ambitious, with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
