This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper/ Accounts Technician looking for a part time contract to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What's on Offer: Negotiable salary depending on experience Monday to Friday 10am – 12pm Supportive work environment Your new role includes: Assisting the Financial Controller and Group Management Accountant with the invoicing and Debt Collection process Maintaining and updating financial records accurately and in a timely manner.
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow.
Preparing and maintaining reports related to financial status.
Assisting with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
Experience you need: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
