Your new companyAs Internal Communications Advisor, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a hybrid work model; 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis.Your new roleAs Internal Communications Advisor, your duties will include, but not limited to, providing advice on internal stakeholder issues; supporting the Communications Lead to deliver legally compliant integrated 360 degree communications; collaborating with internal stakeholders; supporting the development of efficient and timely editorial strategies, policies and processes; sourcing, writing, editing and publishing highly engaging content for internal communication channels; developing and delivering audio/visual content in support of their content strategy; managing and coordinating day to day online SharePoint publishing; managing a SharePoint backend and deliver basic site analytics; project support and all other ad-hoc and general administrative duties that fall into your new role.This is a great opportunity for you to gain experience within a reputable Irish semi-state organisation.What you'll need to succeedYou will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with proven experience working across integrated communications teams in a range of disciplines along with a relevant third level qualification. Experience managing a team, with strong people, change management and conflict resolution skills, along with the ability to maintain/develop effective partnerships with stakeholders is essential. A proven track record of dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion, along with the ability to communicate information to others is required.
