Building SurveyorLocation: Dublin & Surrounding AreasSalary: €50,000+ (DOE) + Company Car + BenefitsType: Full-Time, PermanentRole OverviewJoin a leading insulation one-stop shop firm delivering energy upgrades across Dublin and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on surveying role focused on measuring homes, coordinating retrofit works, and ensuring smooth project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSurvey homes referred by SEAI and other contractors to confirm insulation areas.Liaise with contractors and SEAI to resolve any discrepancies.Communicate with homeowners to explain upgrade works (e.g. window replacement, EWI, IWI, cavity wall insulation, heat pumps).Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted accurately for each job.Manage the job lifecycle, coordinating between subcontractors, internal staff, and homeowners.Oversee project progress and ensure snag-free completion.Requirements3 years plus experience in building surveying or a similar construction-related role.Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple jobs and stakeholders simultaneously.Full EU driving licence required.
