Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).
9 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
2 years of experience managing a team.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.) with experience in trust and safety.
Experience collecting, managing and synthesizing large data sets and information from disparate sources, statistical modeling, data mining and data analysis.
Experience with consultative problem solving and project management, and in metrics analysis, experiment design and automation.
Experience scaling and developing an analytics or business intelligence team in a high-growth environment.
Experience influencing executive leadership on analytical decision making.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills with effective attention to detail.
