We help companies hire skilled professionals from anywhere in the world. Our platform handles the entire process - recruitment, visas, relocation. Based in Dublin, we're removing the friction from international hiring.
The Role
We need a junior developer who wants to build real products, not just maintain code. You'll own features from concept to deployment, working 3 days in our Dublin city centre office, 2 days remote.
This is part developer, part product owner. You'll be given entire features to build, deploy, and optimise. We use AI tools like Claude and Cursor extensively - if you're comfortable learning alongside AI, you\'ll thrive here.
What You'll Build
* Help companies track visa applications in real-time
* Build AI-powered candidate matching and ranking systems
* Streamline document verification to save weeks of processing
* Give recruiters instant visibility into their hiring pipeline
* Create collaborative hiring tools for team feedback and decisions
* Automate repetitive tasks like interview scheduling and email follow-ups
* Build data-driven insights and reporting for recruitment metrics
Full-stack work across TypeScript/Angular frontend, Node.js APIs, MySQL databases, and AWS infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate of Irish university (within last 4 years) with minimum Level 6 qualification.
* 1-3 years experience (including internships/projects)
* Something you've built that you're proud of
* Ability to learn new tech quickly
* Product thinking - you care about why, not just how
* Eligible to work in Ireland
Nice to have: TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, MySQL, AWS experience
More important: Show us you can ship quality code and learn fast
Why Join?
* Own real features from day one
* Modern tech stack, no legacy nightmares
* Experienced team who'll help you grow
* Central Dublin office, hybrid working
