About the Role
Our client, a well-established leader in the construction industry, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee and deliver projects in Limerick and Tipperary. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and staff.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
* Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Oversee scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
* Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
* Resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
* Lead, motivate, and support the site team to achieve project goals.
Requirements
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a site management role within the construction industry.
* Proven track record in managing large commercial or residential projects.
* Excellent knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and construction standards.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management and construction software.
* Ability to work across both Limerick and Tipperary project sites.
