Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people living in residential care across both mainstream and disability/intellectual disability settings.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centred care that promotes safety, wellbeing, independence and positive outcomes for the children in your care.
1. You will build safe, trusting relationships with the children using trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches.
2. You will support with daily routines such as education, self-care independent living skills community access meaningful activities.
