We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead a team of sales professionals.
* Team Management & Performance
o Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with a strong consultative selling background.
o Recruit top talent as needed.
* Sales Strategy & Execution
o Contribute to and execute the Irish sales and go-to-market strategy.
o Work closely with internal stakeholders to support company-wide objectives.
* Customer Relationships
o Directly manage strategic customer accounts and act as a point of escalation for customer issues.
Required Experience & Competencies:
* Minimum 5 years experience in sales management within IT services or technology.
* Strong business acumen with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
