Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless end-to-end vehicle service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, determining workshop availability, greeting customers, and ensuring their vehicles are ready on time.
In addition to these duties, the Service Advisor will also advise and agree with customers on additional work or costs, liaise with other teams, and gather feedback to continuously improve service standards.
This includes maintaining up-to-date records of customer vehicles undergoing service and/or repair, checking customers and their vehicles, confirming details, and accurately recording in systems.
The Service Advisor will collaborate closely with other teams, including management, reception, sales, warranty, and parts, to achieve a unified and efficient service experience.
Responsibilities:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent front-line customer service skills, at least 2 years' experience in a similar motor industry role, and a working knowledge of vehicle management systems.
The candidate should also have good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively, and work independently when required.
