A Tier 2 contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a large-scale North Wicklow-based construction project. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Monitor health & safety and quality standards
Coordinate with commercial and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
Report on project progress and performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing large-scale building projects
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
