Job Summary:
* Manage recruitment selections for a property, including internal hiring and succession planning.
* Drive training and development to guide staff on internal programs.
* Proactively manage IR and ER issues, ensuring high employee engagement and maintaining compliance standards.
* Manage payroll through the HRIS system and monitor the budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
* Desired but not essential: A third-level qualification.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and related legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
