We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded Irish law firm, who are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their established property team in Dublin or Cork. This is a senior-level opportunity offering exposure to complex, high-value residential and commercial property work across Ireland.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners on significant transactions, advising a broad mix of private and public sector clients. This role suits a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and working as part of a collaborative team.

The Role
* Advise on residential and commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development
* Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, easements and development agreements
* Review title, manage due diligence and oversee complex conveyancing matters
* Support property development projects from early-stage through to completion
* Manage files independently while contributing to wider team-led projects
* Work closely with clients, agents, consultants and other professional advisors
The Person
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in property law
* Strong technical knowledge across residential and commercial property
* Confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision
* Commercially astute with strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Proactive, organised and comfortable working directly with clients
* A collaborative team player with ambition to progress
