Job Opportunity: HVAC Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our engineering team as an HVAC maintenance specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing maintenance, including HVAC systems, and be proficient in diagnosing and repairing issues on fan coil units, leaking valves, burst water boilers, and associated plant.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, boilers, boosted water pumps, filler units, and LPHW/CHW vessels.
* Diagnose and repair issues on fan coil units, leaking valves, burst water boilers, and associated plant equipment.
* Ensure all works are completed to industry standards and in line with health & safety requirements.
* Provide clear reporting, documentation, and communication with the wider engineering team.
