As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisorto support our people strategy and work closely with leaders across the business.
The Role Reporting to the Senior HRBP, the Senior HR Advisor will play a key role in providing expert HR guidance across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, advisory role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with managers and driving best practice HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes Support and lead HR projects aligned with business and organisational goals Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with Irish employment legislation Coach and support line managers to build strong people management capability Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values Requirements Minimum 4years experiencein a generalist HR role, ideally at Senior HR Advisor level Strong knowledge of Irish employment lawand HR best practice CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Experience in the energy, engineering, construction, or utilities sector is an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working options Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression The chance to make a real impact in a growing energy business How to Apply If you are a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
