Quality of Care Responsibilities
* Ensuring implementation of The Company's Quality of Care System.
* Maintaining clinical practice in line with Regulations & Standards.
Financial Administration Responsibilities
* Maintenance of administrative procedures.
* Monitoring financial records, including resident fee income, funding source, fee arrears, personal allowance.
Li Monitor all complaints ensuring that each is documented to include the investigation and outcome.
