Job Description
The Senior Manager of EMEA GTM Strategy and Operations will drive our strategy and operations capabilities within the region to accelerate growth.
This leader will collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing, sales support, enablement, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to optimize revenue while driving execution for critical go-to-market programs and processes.
Effective collaboration will also be vital with HQ teams to leverage and enhance global systems, tools, programs, processes, and strategies.
In this role, you will plan out and help achieve EMEA's long-term growth targets while rapidly scaling operations.
We seek a skilled people manager who can attract & coach top talent while continuing to build out the vision and culture for the team.
You should be excited about anticipating and answering challenging questions daily, presenting to senior leaders in EMEA and in HQ, and leveraging hypothesis-based problem-solving techniques rooted in data to build compelling business cases for new investment areas and change initiatives.
Your team will own and improve day-to-day go-to-market operations for the region (e.g., annual planning, ROI, forecasting, pipeline and opportunity management, territory management).
As a key member of the leadership team, you thrive in high-growth environments, connect with a wide range of stakeholders, and balance blue sky growth strategy with 'in the weeds' operations with attention to detail.
