HR Manager (Part-Time)-Citywest (with occasional travel to other local sites.) Office-Based- 2.53 days per week We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to take on a standalone role with responsibility for the full end-to-end employee experience within a well-established and growing international organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management, providing trusted HR advice while also driving key projects and initiatives.
With a high degree of autonomy, youll need to be commercially minded, pragmatic, and proactive in shaping the HR agenda.
Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle: Managing recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exit processes for a workforce of c.
90 employees.
Employee Relations: Supporting managers with practical, empathetic solutions while handling cases such as disciplinaries and grievances.
HR Data & Insights: Producing dashboards and reports on absenteeism, turnover, and engagement and translating these into meaningful action plans.
Policy & Compliance: Keeping HR policies up to date, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation, and supporting mandatory training completion.
Learning & Development: Driving training needs analysis and supporting staff development opportunities.
Absence & Engagement: Leading absence management processes and running engagement surveys and initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Requirements: 3 years + hands on HR experience at Senior Generalist, BP, Manager level CIPD qualified, with strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the business.
Commercially minded, with experience aligning HR strategy to business goals.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and can balance day-to-day HR needs with longer-term projects.
