Job Description:
As the Executive Front Desk Director, you will oversee front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, room assignments, and inquiries. You will lead, train, schedule, and supervise the front office team (receptionists, concierge, bell staff, night auditors) to ensure exceptional service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk operations to deliver top-notch guest service, handling VIPs and special requests professionally.
* Lead and train the front office team to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
* Maintain accurate billing records, guest accounts, and reports for management review.
* Ensure health, safety, and security compliance throughout the property.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star property.
* Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field desirable.
* Previous OPERA experience strongly preferred.
* Strong English command with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, Bank Holidays, early shifts, and evening shifts.
