As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our expanding team and play a key role in supporting our operations.
The Office Administrator will support the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring a smooth client experience and efficient back-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in being part of a team that makes a difference in people's financial wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* General office administration and client support
* Managing and updating client records and CRM systems
* Preparing documentation for financial applications and compliance requirements
* Liaising with clients, providers, and partners professionally and promptly
* Supporting the financial advisors with scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups
* Assisting with reporting, file management, and data accuracy
* Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations
Skills Required
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
* Experience in financial services or a regulated industry (advantage, not essential)
Criteria & Experience
* Understanding of the importance of client confidentiality and compliance
* Must be reliable, trustworthy, and client-focused
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage
* Experience in financial planning, insurance, or mortgage sectors is an advantage
