Job Title: Retail Supervisor - SOS Cookies, DundrumJob Description:SOS Cookies is currently seeking a vibrant Retail Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales, outgoing, loves cookies, works well in a team environment, and ideally has experience in the food industry.Key Responsibilities:● Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.● Monitor and maintain inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and ensure timely deliveries of products and supplies.● Assist in restocking products, organizing inventory, and keeping track of stock levels.● Assist with hiring and oversee schedules for your location.● Generate weekly productivity reports for management review.● Ensure store cleanliness, display presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.● Collaborating with and working with the team to ensure utmost best in class procedures and practices are adhered to.● Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.● Developing a sense of regular feedback from the team and customers on new products.
