Join our Recruiting Team as a Junior Recruiter and become part of an energetic, motivated group that directly impacts the growth and success of Falcon Green. This is a highly valued role where you'll work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent across the Irish, UK, European, Middle East and Australian construction industries.
Beyond sourcing and finding talent, you'll contribute to process improvements, branding initiatives, marketing, business development etc.

Day to day duties:
* Source candidates for a variety of roles across global construction industries
* Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
* Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.
* Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
* Contribute to branding efforts and support local recruiting events and sponsorships.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Construction industry knowledge preferred, however not essential
* Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, and as part of a team.
* Passion for recruiting and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
