With our rapidly expanding business, we're looking for
5 Trainee Service Engineers
to join our teams in
Mullingar and Kilkenny
. You'll play a key role in supporting Ireland's most progressive dairy farmers and making a real impact on farm performance and sustainability.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Level 6 or 7 qualification in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field
* Apprenticeship in Farm Machinery or Mechanics (desirable)
* Knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems an advantage
* Good IT and diagnostic skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and flexibility to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Essential Duties
* Assist in installation, service, and maintenance of robotic milking, feeding, and cleaning systems
* Support senior service engineers on diagnostics, repairs, and system upgrades
* Complete job-related administration and service reports accurately
* Maintain a tidy and organised workstation and service vehicle
* Undertake ongoing product and technical training through the Lely Academy
