This role is essential to maintaining platform safety, content accuracy, and policy enforcement at scale.
As a Content Quality Reviewer, you will act as a subject-matter expert reviewing content and advertisements, identifying policy gaps, and delivering insights that shape platform integrity outcomes across the Russian market.
Key Responsibilities Conduct expert reviews of content and ads to ensure compliance with platform standards and advertiser policies Deliver market-specific insights and actionable recommendations Collaborate with global partners to improve policies, workflows, and tools Perform audits on market-specific content queues Support quality improvement initiatives through root-cause analysis and reporting Share expertise across safety, abuse prevention, and account integrity areas This position includes exposure to potentially graphic or sensitive content.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree completed prior to start date, or equivalent experience Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken)Ability to review graphic or objectionable content Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience working with data-driven insights and quality metrics Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity Preferred Qualifications Previous content moderation or trust & safety experience Familiarity with quality assurance, KPI tracking, or operational analytics Data analysis, AI/LLM exposure, or policy-related studies Experience working with international or cross-functional teams
