Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Motor, Household, and Van insurance policies.
* Deliver excellent service and support on inbound calls.
* Liaise with insurers to resolve queries and process instructions.
* Ensure all policy administration complies with industry standards and GDPR.
Requirements:
* APA-qualified (with the Insurance Institute of Ireland).
* Goal-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
