Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing and repairs.
* Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings efficiently.
* Communicate with customers regarding service needs, repair updates, and estimated costs.
* Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of services.
* Provide accurate service and repair cost estimates and process invoices accordingly.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and warranties.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and dealership compliance policies.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a service advisor role within the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office applications.
* A valid driver's licence is desirable.
