Job Description
At least 2 years experience working in a restaurant. Indian cuisine preparation, food preparation and kitchen operations is essential. Full knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, stock control and waste control. Food preparation of tandoor cooked food using fresh ingredients and authentic cooking techniques. Maintaining food quality, hygiene and presentation standards, assisting with menu preparation, stock monitoring, kitchen coordination.
