Job Description
The role of HR Operations Manager is to lead a high-performing team in delivering consistent, scalable, and inclusive HR services. This involves overseeing the execution of policies and processes, as well as identifying areas for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
* Lead the HR Operations team in delivering excellent HR services
* Ensure operational processes meet business needs while delivering an outstanding employee experience
* Monitor and improve service levels, operational efficiency, and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage workload distribution, SLA adherence, and ensure data integrity across systems
2. Actively identify areas for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement
3. Champion a people-first, service-minded approach that reflects our values
Qualifications & Experience:
* 5+ years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality people services
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment practices
* Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
