As a strategic Human Resources partner, you will collaborate closely with our Director of HR and HR Manager to deliver an exceptional, adaptable, and people-centric HR service.

Key Responsibilities
* HR Operations & Administration: Provide day-to-day HR support, including system management, reporting, and compliance.
* Talent Acquisition & Retention: Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and retaining top talent to drive business success.
* Performance Management: Support management in ensuring effective performance review processes, inclusive of probations, mid, and annual reviews.
* Compensation & Benefits: Contribute to benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits administration, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
* Employment Law & Compliance: Provide expert HR guidance to ensure adherence to current employment laws in both Ireland and the UK.
* HR Systems & Process Improvement: Promote innovation through the introduction of new ideas and technologies, driving efficiency and enhancing employee experience.
* Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Champion initiatives to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture, embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion, while maintaining a strong EVP.
