Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver HVAC engineering projects within a manufacturing environment, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are achieved
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality to ensure smooth project execution
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation including risk assessments and progress reports
Monitor project performance, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery targets
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and industry requirements
Manage change control processes, assessing impact and ensuring effective implementation with minimal disruption
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, supporting Lean initiatives and embedding best practices
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in project management within engineering or manufacturing (HVAC or similar environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, technical environment
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (PMP / PRINCE2 certification advantageous)
