Site Management Position
The successful candidate will oversee the management of building and civil projects, including mechanical and electrical works. They will provide expert advice on project management and ensure that quality standards are met.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to agree on project objectives and timelines
* Organizing professional teams working on a project
* Conducting risk assessments and monitoring subcontractors
* Overseeing financial management, costing, and billing to ensure projects stay within budget
* Delivering high-quality projects while ensuring safe construction practices at all times
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing building or civil projects in Ireland or the UK, preferably with expertise in pharmaceutical construction projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively.
