The successful candidate will be based in Killarney reporting directly to the HR Team Lead.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of core HR activities including recruitment, training and development, performance management, wellbeing and employee relations.Assist the HR team in achieving our annual KPI's and projects. Lead recruitment efforts to attract candidates with the right skills and ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for all new employees. Drive initiatives to enhance employee capability and performance, ensuring the company remains technically focused and competitive. Prepare and analyse HR reports, including absenteeism and starter/leaver data, to support continuous improvement. Conduct employee surveys and exit interviews, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for future enhancements. Maintain and proactively manage the employee database to ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel records. Collaborate with management to develop training matrices and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills for their roles. Work with managers to review and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with Group values. Perform general administrative duties related to the HR function as required. Any other duties as assigned. Candidate ProfileRelevant Honours Bachelor's degree or Masters with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent).Minimum 2 years work experience.IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Word.Highly motivated, capable of working on own initiative.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Strong passion for working with people.What do we offer?At Tricel, we care about you and your progression.
