What You'll Do
* Lead and support a small team of fundraisers across Ireland
* Train, coach, and motivate new starters
* Help your team hit daily and weekly targets
* Fundraise door-to-door alongside your team and lead by example
* Create a positive, high-performance culture
What You'll Bring
* Great communication and leadership skills
* Experience in fundraising, sales, or team leadership (preferred, not essential)
* Confidence working outdoors and travelling locally
* Hands‑on approach - you lead from the front
