Digital Marketing Executive – Pet Division
Role Overview
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of our Pet Division by delivering exceptional digital experiences across our websites, campaigns, and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is highly organised, and has a genuine love for animals.
You will play a key role in website development and optimisation, digital advertising, and performance reporting, helping us reach new audiences and elevate the RED MILLS brand across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Experience
- Lead and support website development projects from briefing through to execution.
- Manage ongoing website optimisation, including UX improvements, SEO best practices, content updates, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure digital platforms reflect brand standards and commercial objectives.
Digital Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, display channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring strong ROI and continuous improvement.
Performance, Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance dashboards.
- Analyse website and campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
- Work closely with product, brand, eCommerce, and customer service teams to ensure consistency across the customer journey.
- Support the wider Marketing Team with digital expertise and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital channels including paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and website content management.
- Experience working with website CMS platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Excellent reporting, analytical, and project management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
- A genuine passion for animals and alignment with the RED MILLS brand values.
