A global life science manufacturing organisation is urgently seeking an experienced
Global Supply Chain Operations Manager
to lead commercial and operational supply chain activities across a high-volume, regulated environment.
This role sits at the centre of global distribution and order fulfilment, with a strong focus on
order management, customer service and end-to-end commercial supply chain execution.
Key responsibilities
* Lead global supply chain operations supporting high-volume distribution
* Own end-to-end order management across multiple markets
* Ensure compliant order-to-cash processes within a GMP & GDP environment
* Act as senior escalation point for complex customer and supply chain issues
* Work closely with quality, logistics, planning, finance and commercial teams
* Support audits through robust documentation, data accuracy and process control
* Drive continuous improvement across global supply chain operations
Experience required
* Proven experience in
global supply chain operations
within life sciences
* Mandatory GMP & GDP experience
in a regulated manufacturing or distribution setting
* Strong background in
high-volume distribution and commercial supply chains
* Deep understanding of
order management and customer fulfilment
* Experience operating across regions with multiple stakeholders
* Confident working with ERP systems and supply chain data
