Job Title: Staffing Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Recruitment Team as a Staffing Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the effective management of all recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring efficient staffing across multiple locations.
* Facilitate the relief panel and promptly place staff into positions on short notice.
* Ensure accurate payroll and attendance tracking by daily coding shifts in our HR system.
* Validate Garda Vetting submissions and proactively monitor clearance progress to prevent delays.
* Manage candidate data and recruitment workflows using our Hirelab ATS system effectively and compliantly.
* Collect, verify, and securely store all recruitment documentation, adhering to compliance standards.
* Promptly issue contracts of employment, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
* Collaborate with the area recruiter to regularly update internal databases, recruitment trackers, and candidate records.
Requirements:
* HR qualification is advantageous.
* CIPD Qualified is also beneficial.
* Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation is essential.
* A minimum of 1-2 years previous Recruitment experience or administration experience is required.
* An excellent overall demeanour is necessary.
* The ability to empathise with and understand the needs of others is crucial.
* A strong desire to continually improve is vital.
* Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach are essential.
* Exceptional verbal, written communication, and IT skills are necessary.
* A willingness to work as part of a multi-departmental team is essential.
