This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the optimisation of a live SAP S/4HANA environment, alongside supporting large-scale ERP transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions
Translate business needs into clear functional designs and deliverable system solutions
Configure and enhance Materials Management (MM) processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration with related modules
Analyse and refine business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and driving implementation of improvements
Develop high-quality functional specifications and work closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP MM, providing guidance on best practices and system capabilities
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to maximise system value and business performance
Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring quality and reliability
Facilitate knowledge transfer through user training, documentation, and go-live support
Contribute to data migration and cutover planning for MM-related deployments
Provide support for live environments, acting as an escalation point for complex issues
About You
Proven experience (6–8 years) working with SAP Materials Management, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment
Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration and functional design documentation
SAP MM certification or equivalent practical experience
Solid understanding of data structures and processes supporting Materials Management
Exposure to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is advantageous
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, adaptable, and driven to deliver results in fast-paced environments
Collaborative team player with a flexible approach to change
Detail-oriented, while maintaining a clear focus on broader business objectives
Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
